Whistleblowing and Complaint Procedures
As part of the Company’s Good Corporate Governance policy, the Company has established a channel for stakeholders and other parties to express opinions and report complaints of corrupt or unfair practices.
The Chairman of the Audit Committee and the head of the Internal Audit Unit are designated as the point of contact to receive complaints relating to Corporate Governance and the Code of Conduct from all stakeholders. The Audit Committee will then acknowledge and review the issues.
