Caring for the well-being of the community in surrounding areas
In 2024, new and continual projects, mainly focusing on pets and animals, were initiated as follows:
Health and Well-being
- Second Chance for Better Lives project was initiated in 2024, which was born out of the Company’s concern for the growing number of stray dogs in Thailand, as well as the associated risks to both society and the animals themselves, and the maltreatment of stray dogs. Done in collaboration with The Voice Foundation and Chaiyaphak Dog Training Center, the "Second Chance for Better Lives" project is aimed at improving the lives of homeless dogs and help them transition into loving, caring members of the family. This project will run from 2024 to 2028.

Dog Training Support was launched in 2024 in cooperation with Chaiyaphak Dog Training Center to promote the adoption of stray dogs. Chaiyaphak Dog Training Center provides behavior modification training for homeless dogs taken in by The Voice Foundation. In 2024, the Company supported two dogs, "Tua-lek" and "Gundum", who completed a three-month training course in November 2024.
In early 2025, Tua-lek and Gundum will begin attending social events to bring joy to children and the elderly. Research has shown that interaction with pets can significantly reduce stress and alleviate loneliness, thus making these social activities beneficial for all involved.

Food Sponsorship
In 2025, the Company will take further steps to support the health of sheltered dogs by donating highly nutritious dog food to The Voice Foundation. This pet food is specially formulated to meet the dogs' macro and micronutrient needs, while also enhancing their skin and coat condition.
By providing high-quality nutrition, the Company aims to improve the physical appearance and overall health of the dogs, making them more adoptable and offering them a better chance at finding a foster home. The Company believes that healthier dogs, with a shiny coat and strong physique, are not only more attractive to potential foster parents but also have a better chance for a higher quality of life.

Dog Toy Crafting from Waste Products
In a creative initiative that blends sustainability with animal welfare, the Company organized the "Crafting Joyful Canine Creations" activity for its employees. A total of 39 employees participated in this event, where they learned how to craft dog toys from scrap fabrics. The employees produced a total of 72 handmade toys, which will be donated to the dogs under The Voice Foundation’s care in the first quarter of 2025.
This activity not only helped raise awareness about sustainable practices, such as recycling, but also demonstrated the Company’s commitment to animal welfare. It has sparked interest among employees in driving further initiatives that support the welfare of cats and dogs.

4-Legged Friends
Considering that vaccine is crucial in controlling and preventing the spread of rabies outbreaks, i-Tail raised community awareness on the importance of vaccination through various educational programs, to ensure that pets in the community are healthy and well protected from the disease.
i-Tail held the i-Cattery Vaccination Event in partnership with the Company’s own i-Cattery, providing vaccination service for local cat and dog owners in the community. The Company also donated vaccines to a local animal shelter and a veterinary clinic, to support their pet-vaccination efforts. In addition, the Company assisted local livestock agencies and animal foundations in their efforts to prevent rabies. A total of 400 cats and dogs were vaccinated through the initiative.
Disaster Relief Efforts
-
Project Safe Haven: People and Pets
Initiated in 2024, the project further expanded its actions to cover humanitarian aid, support for stray animals, and support for volunteer networks and stray animal shelters.
Humanitarian Aid: i-Tail distributed 1,120 survival kits to help residents affected by the floods in the Songkhla area. This included donation of rice, canned fish, and drinking water to a central kitchen operated by Phawong Subdistrict Municipality. Donations were used to prepare meals for affected residents and volunteers.
Support for Stray Animals: Recognizing the struggles faced by stray animals in the flood-stricken areas, the Company donated high-quality pet food to animal shelters and foundations. This ensured that stray animals received proper nutrition during this critical period, in order to help them remain healthy and strong despite the adversity.
- Collaboration with Smile Dog Home Foundation: As part of its broader relief efforts, the Company partnered with the Smile Dog Home Foundation in Songkhla Province. The foundation served as a central hub for distributing aid to volunteer networks and stray animal shelters across the region. Through this collaboration, the Company donated over 760,000 baht to support ongoing relief operations.
